Born and raised in the 305, a love for coffee has been around me my whole life. Born into Cuban and Peruvian heritage, coffee is a love language and coffee is community. In March 2021, I started working at a local Specialty Coffee shop called Panther Coffee in Coconut Grove. Being immersed in the Specialty Coffee world, I went from only tasting a latte one time to learning first-hand about their best quality beans, how to efficiently prepare and appreciate coffee and how provide the best service possible.

I have had such an amazing experience in this opportunity that in April 2023, I decided to make the jump and start my own coffee business. In January 2024, I had my first event! Following back-to-back for three weekends straight. I have grown more passionate and determined with every customer that gives my coffee a try! I prioritize creating memories and sharing my love for coffee with everyone.
